First time visit..saw Lindsy...so kind and knowledgeable.
Treated with respect and she explained things In layman terms for me.. Have another app. In two weeks. Will continue to keep their office as my primary dermatologist for future. Thank yo also to her assistant and the office staff. Everyone was exceptional!

My experience with Dr Ortiz was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. He is an excellent dermatologist as everyone has been at North County for the number of years I've been a patient.
In addition, all the staff at the front desk and in the exam rooms are the most polite and welcoming as any medical provider I've been to over the years. I definitely rate North County a 5.
