Meet Our Staff
Marianne Pineda, MHS, PA-C
Marianne is a NCCPA nationally board-certified and state licensed physician assistant. She earned a Bachelors of Health Science degree and minor in Gerontology and Health Science Education with honors from the University of Florida. She completed her Master of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant studies at Duke University in North Carolina. Her clinical dermatology and surgery rotations were held at Duke University Dermatology Department (NC), Durham Regional Hospital (NC) and Norwalk-Yale Hospital (CT).
She is licensed by the Florida board of Medical Examiners. She has a Florida Physician Assistant License and an NCCPA certification. Professional memberships include the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA).
Marianne enjoys cosmetic dermatology and offers botox injections and laser treatments.
Marianne grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, reading and attending music events.
She is fluent in Spanish.
Judith Knight, RN, BSN, COHN-S, CCE, CME
Judy earned a Bachelors in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Nursing where she was elected to Alpha Iota nursing honor society. In addition to over 20 years of dermatology nursing experience with Dr. Knight, she has also worked in long term care and as an occupational health nurse at AstraZeneca pharmaceuticals in Westboro, MA. Whiile working at AstraZeneca, she earned board certification in occupational health nursing and case management.
Judy is certified and licensed in electrology and laser hair removal. In addition, Judy serves as North County Dermatology Clinic’s office manager.
Lucia Eldridge, RN, CCE, CME, RE
Lucy is a graduate of Polk Community College School of Nursing. She has been with North County Dermatology Clinic since 2004. She is also certified and licensed in electrology and also as an esthetician. She specializes in cosmetic procedures such as facials, microdermabrasion, superficial chemical peels and electrology hair removal and laser hair removal. She offers free skin consultations to discuss individualized skin care products and services which may benefit her clients.
In addition, she has been trained by Dr. Knight to assist in surgeries in the office and is our resource person for psoriasis patients treated with the new biologic injectables. Lucy enjoys the variety of services she provides at North County Dermatology Clinic. She also keeps up her nursing clinical skills by working part time at Lakeland Regional Medical Center part time.
Lucy is very goal oriented and is currently taking courses towards her Masters degree and hopes to become a nurse practitioner. Her constant smile and optimistic outlook are inspiring to everyone in the office.
Lucy is bilingual in Spanish.
Sarah Montgomery, LPN
Sarah is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who obtained her training at Traviss Career Center n Lakeland, Florida. She also earned an associatesin arts degree from Polk State College in December 2009 and has completed her pre-requisite courses for her bachelor's degree. She is currently enrolled at Valencia College in Orlando to pursue her degree as a registered nurse. She has been with our practice since March 2010 and is a compassionate and intelligent team member. Sarah is self-motivated and has an outgoing personality along with impeccable work ethics.
Ronda Bradley, M.A.
Ronda graduated from Ultrasound Diagnostic School (now Sanford Brown University) with a diploma in medical assisting in December 2003. She has been with North County Dermatology Clinic since 2007. She is currently a student in the online Histotechnology Program at Harford Community College. Her calm demeanor and ability to help wherever needed is evident by the varied positions she has held in our clinic.
JoAnn Golden, LE, CDT
JoAnn is a licensed esthetician and Certified Derma Technician with over 17 years of dermatology experience in private practice in Orlando Florida prior to joining our office. She brings a wealth of knowledge of dermatology condtions having worked directly with patients as a medical assistant prior to obtaining her esthetician license.
She has a deep interest in skin care and cosmetic procedures such as acne facials and chemical peels. She is also offering permanent make up (cosmetic tattoing) for eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color. JoAnn's depth of knowledge is a wonderful asset and she genuinely cares about everyone she meets. She assists at the front desk where she can readily answer questions about skin care and services.
Katherine Melendez, M.A.
Kathy obtained her medical assistant diploma from Sanford Brown University in Tampa, Florida in June 2005. She worked at Lakeland Regional Cancer Center before joining North County Dermatology Clinic in March 2009. Kathy strives for excellence in patient care. She has a sincere, empathic way with patients which is appreciated by everyone. She is also bilingual in Spanish.
